- Staff and trainers are expected to treat others with respect and uphold this policy
- Learners are expected to behave in a way that supports an inclusive learning environment

Any concerns or complaints relating to equality, diversity, or inclusion will be taken seriously and handled fairly, confidentially, and promptly.
