Rock Pool Associate

Leigh currently manages two teams that work within Social Care, Exploitation and Youth Justice Services within a brough of London. The services work with young people who are at risk of serious youth violence, exploitation and crime, tackling gang and exploitation culture by working with young people and their families, working closely with agencies such as the Police, Education and children’s services. The largest of the teams were finalists in the national award, Local Government Chronicle (LGC) for their innovation and dedication. 
Leigh is a qualified Trainer, Youth and Community Worker and Parenting Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience. He has been a foster carer; he has worked as an Area Youth Work Manager and in out-of-school provisions. 
Within his spare time, he is often climbing and traveling from one mountain/crag to another for his next challenge.
