Rosie is an experienced trainer, emotional wellbeing therapist, Neuro-linguistic programming practitioner, coach and manager, specialising in the fields of domestic abuse, behaviour change, emotional wellbeing and trauma.
Rosie’s 13+ years of experience includes a wide variety of sectors: High Harm Team Manager for a domestic abuse charity and working closely with the police community high harm teams, in custodial prison settings in substance misuse case management and in the community she has worked in mental health support for various charities and in the education sector supporting students with mental health and wellbeing needs. Additionally, she works separately as a specialist safeguarding consultant and trainer as well as her own private practice as a therapist.
Rosie has a BSc in Psychology, MSc in Forensic Psychology and is a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society.
Rosie spends her time outside of work watching murder mysteries, crime dramas and psychological thrillers (because she doesn't get enough of that at work!), trying to get to the beach as much as possible with the family, playing board games and cooking.
