Tracy Jean has 35 years’ experience in the domestic abuse sector working directly with survivors and perpetrators across a range of roles including Independent Domestic Violence Adviser, working within the Criminal Justice System with both the National Probation Service and Prison Service, VAWG Strategic Lead and Operations Manager for national charities within the Women’s sector.
I’m currently working within the Fostering Sector enhancing a trauma informed approach to practice and methodology, supporting children, young people, families and services within this sector.
I’m a keen yoga practitioner and paddleboarder and proudest moment when I managed a headstand in a lake on my board!
