We ask for your consent to process the data you provide on registration form and in surveys so that we can conduct any necessary analysis to improve our service and to offer our licensing service, where appropriate.

We will only share your personal data with your organisation and/or the Commissioner of your training, and only the minimum data that is necessary. Responses to survey questions will be anonymised before sharing with your organisation.

Your data will be held securely by our software providers and on our internal systems indefinitely, for our own continued analysis and for product licencing requirements. We will comply, to our highest ability, to remove your data should you exercise your right to be forgotten. You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to restrict the use of your personal data, to be forgotten, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent for the use of your data. It may not be possible to fully comply with those rights where your data has been used for analysis and/or has been anonymised.
