Rock Pool CIC is looking for a freelance Regional Development Lead to help grow our work across Merseyside and Cheshire.
This is a flexible, relationship-led role for someone with strong local knowledge and experience working with or alongside Local Authorities, NHS services, Primary Care Networks, VCSE organisations, family support services, mental health pathways, or health and wellbeing networks.
The role will focus on strengthening Rock Pool’s regional profile, increasing strategic visibility, building relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting more organisations to access trauma-informed training and consultancy.

Location: Merseyside and Cheshire — local presence required
Contract: Freelance
Duration: 4 days per month for 6 months, with potential extension
Start date: September 2026, by negotiation
Fee: £12,000 — £500 per day plus expenses
